♡ What does 'processing time' mean?

Processing time is the allowed time for us to make your order. This does not include shipping time so we suggest to always plan accordingly.

 

♡ What's the difference between 'made to order' and 'ready to ship'?

When an item is 'ready to ship' that means it is a pre-made product that we have readily available to ship. These items typically ship within 3-5 business days. 'Made to order' items are made BY order. This means that the item was made specifically for you.

 

Why are processing times different on your listings?

We offer some amazing custom printed fabrics that are made by other small businesses overseas. Being a small business, we do not keep a large stock of multiple fabrics and from time to time we have to place an order on a need by need basis. Being that our preferred fabric manufacturer's are overseas, we must allow some time for them to process and ship our fabrics. 

 

♡ Can you do modifications?

Yes! we understand that everybody's body may be different. Please feel free to reach out if you need something to be longer/have more coverage in a certain area.

 

♡ Do you do custom sizing for your products?

Yes! If you need something to be made smaller or larger, please reach out and we can discuss modifications. Slight price modifications may apply towards material, but not for my labor.

 

♡Do you offer Plus size!

Yes! I love working with plus size customers, I can always make an item to fit YOU. That is what Sweet N' Spicy is all about, allowing everyone to feel comfortable, happy, and stylish in their body. 🫶🏼

 

♡ I got a shipping notification email but my tracking hasn't updated. What can I do?

We ask that you allow 24 hours for tracking information to update. Sweet N' Spicy the Label is NOT held responsible for any packages once they have been sent. If you believe your order is lost, please contact the respective shipping carrier.

 

♡ Do you offer shipping insurance and protection?

Yes! We recommend to add Route Package Protection to all your orders. Add Route at checkout to protect your package against loss, theft and damage, and make shipping 100% carbon neutral. 

 

♡ Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Sweet N' Spicy the Label is not held liable for any customs fees that may apply.

 

How can I become an Ambassador?

We open our ambassador applications from time to time, we suggest to sign up to our mailing list and turn on you Instagram post notifications to be the first to find out when they open.

 

Do you do Influencer Collaborations?

No 🫶🏼

 

Do you offer customs?

I no longer promote my custom work, however I will occasionally accept one depending on my workload.

 

♡ Where are you located?

We're located in Plant City, Florida (right outside of Tampa).

 

♡ Do you offer local pick ups?

We don't offer local pick ups.
